E-visits

E-visits let you get help for common conditions without ever stepping into a clinic

What is an E-Visit?

An E-Visit is an easy way to let us know how you are feeling and get some help without ever stepping into a clinic. We follow the same process and procedures as when you come to see us in person except we do everything online.

You can see if an E-Visit is right for you, by simply logging on to My Health+, selecting ‘Get Care’. Then choose ‘Check Symptoms’ and you’ll be asked questions about how you are feeling. Your responses will determine whether an E-Visit is the right next step.

If you select to have an E-Visit, the symptoms you described in the Symptom Checker will be sent to an Intermountain provider who will review your condition, create a treatment plan, and even send in a prescription to your pharmacy of choice if appropriate. Then,you’ll get a message back with everything you need to know.

When should I set-up an E-visit?

An E-visit might be appropriate for you if you have any of the following conditions (and many more too).

  • Common Cold
  • Sinus Infection
  • Seasonal Allergies
  • Sore Throat
  • Flu
  • Covid-19 (Coronavirus)
  • Asthma
  • Headache
  • Pink eye/sty
  • Acid reflux and heartburn
  • Stomach virus/stomach flu
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Urinary tract infection/UTI
  • Vaginal yeast infection
  • New lower back pain
